Originally written in a different form, these songs were revisited in 2021 at the invitation of producer and musician Félicien LiA. Through new arrangements, unexpected keys and a distinctive sonic approach, Brízida's songs took on a different shape. Joined by Léonard Persoz on bass and Agustin von Arx on drums, the project was recorded at Le Gatillon, France.

For a year that proved far too short, Brízida joined Meril Wubslin on stage and in the studio. This recording is a reinterpretation of Üç Kız Bir Ana, originally by Derya Yıldırım & Grup Şimşek, released as part of Bongo Joe Records' 10th anniversary project, which invited artists from the label's catalogue to revisit one another's songs. During her time with the band, she performed across Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands and France, before leaving to return to her studies.

Geneva-based artist Banbourg invited Brízida to contribute to his latest album, looking for a voice capable of bringing his whimsical yet heartfelt songs to life. Sharing an affinity for the project's singular spirit, they went on to perform together on stage and on the radio.
